Over two glorious, sun-drenched weekends in March of 2011, Zak Hogen-Esch of Alpha Photography shot students and models from  the Alpha Models Academy and Agency in the picturesque grounds of the Joondalup Resort.

The shoot was themed Primary Colour and embraced the Northern Hemisphere Spring/Summer 2011 trend of bright colours. The contrast of the vibrant hues and the lush green backdrop of the resort produced some incredible images.

The Alpha Models Academy Award for the Best Photographic Model for this shoot was chosen by Zak and awarded to Chelsea Fraser-Grant for her stunning pictures taken in the resort swimming pool. The yellow-orange glow contrasting against the aqua water was the reflection of the sun setting against the resort building. This created an amazing combination of colours, complimenting Chelsea’s piercing blue eyes, bright make up, nails and dress. Chelsea‘s full profile can be viewed on the Alpha Models website.
